Some clinics attempt to keep patients from accessing their own scripts. It is important to know that as the patient you have the right to request your prescriptions and TGA paperwork from your clinic or pharmacy and it is illegal for them to withhold it from you. If you are having difficulty with this process please contact us, and we will support you with assistance.
PINE is not owned by and does not have ownership in any clinics. This is important as it ensures patient care over commercial arrangements. We do however work closely with several ETHICAL clinics and can help put you in touch with the right clinic for you – based on your needs and preferences. To submit an order without delays, it is best to attach a copy of your TGA paperwork along with your e-script. You can request this from your current clinic or pharmacy, and like with your prescriptions, they must provide it to you as the patient.
